The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Here you will live to the rhythm of the sea and the tides. Comfortable apartment of 70 m² on the seafront in Jullouville, a seaside resort on the bay of Mont-Saint-Miche, on the west coast of the Manche, in Normandy. Located on the beach, the apartment offers an incredible panorama from Cancale to Granville via the Pointe du Grouin and the Chausey Islands archipelago. Direct access to the beach. With its 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (max 4 adults).

My beach hut

In Saint-Léonard-Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont-Saint-Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

You can swim on the beach below, stroll on the dike or in the center of Coutain, fish, contemplate the sunset from the garden with a drink in hand, the high and low tide throughout the day, what more could you ask for...?

The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.

Apartment with beautiful beachfront terrace

It is impossible to find any closer to the sea : at high tide the deck that overlooks the beach becomes the bow of a boat ! More in the center of Coutainville, it is not possible either : everything is within easy reach: restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf. Anyway, a great spot when you love sight and life.
