Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Composé d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, d'une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes et d'une chambre avec un lit en 180 il pourrait loger jusqu à 4 personnes (canapé convertible dans le salon en 140x200) . Ce lieu est un pied à terre idéal afin de profiter d'activitées extérieures mais est petit et sombre pour qui voudra rester dedans

You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station). Accommodation on the 5th floor with elevator and 180° mountain views. A delicious bakery for breakfast is across the street from the building :) We want you to have a great time with us!
