Small 50 m2 apartment located in an artisanal area. My office is upstairs but I'm rarely there. As far as I'm concerned, I live in Manigod, a small village near Serraval. Well soundproofed, you will be quiet. 3 rooms + bathroom with shower. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Free parking in front of the cottage. Key box with code. Large accessible climbing area. Recreation room for children.
