Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Michaelmas Cottage was created from two 1850s farmworkers’ cottages and is spacious, comfortable and well equipped for couples, families, or groups of friends to enjoy. There are excellent pubs and restaurants just a short distance from the cottage. It is a short stroll to the Bircham Deli / Café, The Kings Head pub and Bircham Windmill. There are many walks close by, which take you through farmland and countryside. The Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path are a short drive from the cottage.

You will be in your own private larger half of the house with private garden and access to walled garden. A 15 minute drive from beautiful North Norfolk beaches. Neighbours Houghton Estate and 15 minute drive from Holkham and Sandringham estates. The property can also be rented with a luxury treehouse which sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.

Red Brick Cottage is a beautiful, spacious Victorian cottage in Great Bircham which sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Located within easy walking distance of The Kings Head, village shop, cafe and Windmill bakery. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy with a lovely breakfast room, a large sitting room and additional lounge/games room. All rooms are beautifully furnished. A superb base to explore North Norfolk and relax in front of the log burner or in the secure garden.

It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 pet. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants.
