The former day labourer kate has been lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house has been preserved and so this property impresses with its timberwork, the bricks that have largely been preserved and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Haus am Wald

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
