The Mecklenburg Lake District lies between Berlin and the Baltic Sea. In just under 2 hours, you can get from the capital to our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm plot in a village location, you have a clear view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as plenty of choice for possible excursion destinations in a paradise for the landscape and for birds, or for heading to the swimming lake. Enjoy the shared garden, where you can relax in the evening after exploring the many activities in Müritz National Park. A communal grill is available for sociable barbecues in the fresh air.

Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartments are located on the 1st floor of the listed "Old School" and are comfortably and modernly furnished, equipped with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi and TV.

Relax and enjoy nature in the garden and in the Müritz National Park on foot, with our 2 bicycles or with the SUP on the water. In our fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hot plate, dishwasher, espresso maker, fridge, microwave, coffee and various spices) you can prepare fresh food with an unrestricted view of the garden and with ingredients from our garden. The bathtub protruding to the outside, as well as our daybed, invite you to relax.

Our vacation home is one of the oldest farmhouses in the village. We restored it with a lot of love and brought it back to its old condition as best we could. We tried to use only historical building materials such as clay and wood. Rumpshagen is located directly in front of the Müritz National Park. Explore the beautiful surroundings, watch storks or enjoy white sloes, listen to frogs and grasshoppers or admire the clear starry sky.
