Just 2 minutes to the swimming area on the natural lake, in summer also with a SUP and boat for paddling or fishing. Forest, meadows and bike paths start right outside the door. There are lizards in the garden, and deer, sea eagles and cranes for nature lovers to discover. At night, stargazers can observe the Milky Way. A place to switch off and unwind – ideal for families and guests seeking peace and quiet.

The Mecklenburg Lake District lies between Berlin and the Baltic Sea. In just under 2 hours, you can get from the capital to our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm plot in a village location, you have a clear view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as plenty of choice for possible excursion destinations in a paradise for the landscape and for birds, or for heading to the swimming lake. SeeYou - Modern cottage right on the lake

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

Our 100 m² apartment is located right next to Müritz National Park in Schwastorf (Groß Dratow). The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and a washing machine to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the shared garden, where you can relax in the evening after exploring the many activities in Müritz National Park. A communal grill is available for sociable barbecues in the fresh air.

Pure nature at the edge of the forest with a sauna and wood-burning stove

Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The detached house is located in the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland with unobstructed views of the countryside. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 additional beds. Perfect Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit line. The house has about 140 m² of living space and stands on a spacious plot with a huge garden. Whether you want to cook, lie in the garden or relax with some sauna sessions, here you can quickly forget the city and time.

Relax and enjoy nature in the garden and in the Müritz National Park on foot, with our 2 bicycles or with the SUP on the water. In our fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hot plate, dishwasher, espresso maker, fridge, microwave, coffee and various spices) you can prepare fresh food with an unrestricted view of the garden and with ingredients from our garden. The bathtub protruding to the outside, as well as our daybed, invite you to relax.

Half-timbered house to the birches

Our vacation home is one of the oldest farmhouses in the village. We restored it with a lot of love and brought it back to its old condition as best we could. We tried to use only historical building materials such as clay and wood. Rumpshagen is located directly in front of the Müritz National Park. Explore the beautiful surroundings, watch storks or enjoy white sloes, listen to frogs and grasshoppers or admire the clear starry sky.
