La Casetta del Borgo

La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Moderno appartamento incastonato nella cornice di uno splendido palazzetto d'epoca degli inizi del'700 che si staglia imponente nella parte più tranquilla e riservata del borgo. L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. Accessibile attraverso un cortiletto esterno che conferisce una posizione unica nel cuore del centro storico.

All’ingresso del borgo antico di Anguillara e affacciata sul lago e sul verde la casa, completamente restaurata, si sviluppa su due livelli. È composta da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni completi di cui uno con vasca, un soggiorno con angolo cottura e una terrazza entrambi vista lago e alba e un ripostiglio.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Grazioso loft di circa 38mt quadri composto da un unico ambiente con angolo cottura, salone c/divano letto matrimoniale, finestra con uno scorcio sul lago e soppalco letto matrimoniale futon in legno; caratteristico il bagno rivestito in cotto e ardesia, cabina doccia e phon. Posizionato nella parte bassa del borgo storico, Il Loft del Lago è situato a 50mt dalla Piazza del Molo e 20mt dalla Piazza del Lavatoio, a pochi metri da ristoranti e locali, vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lungolago.

Cozy Home Rome

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Nuovissimo appartamento con giardino ideale per coppie e famiglie, situato in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il Centro ed il lago si trovano a 4km e sono raggiungibili sia in macchina che in pullman in partenza dalla stazione. Ottimo per raggiungere facilmente Roma tramite treno o pullman, così come l’aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti bar, lavanderia a gettoni, pizzerie, farmacia, supermercati, tabaccheria e molto altro.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car
