Relax in this stylish new home. Very nice modern and tastefully furnished apartment. Fully equipped, Netflix TV, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace with views of the roofs of Angouleme. 5min walk from the train station via the footbridge, 10 min from the center and 5 min from the banks of the Charente and its Bivouak guinguette. Neighborhood with all amenities including convenience store at the bottom of the building. Free secure underground parking. Ideal business stay or discovery of Angoulême.

Beautiful 63m² duplex, completely renovated, very bright, perfect for your stay in Angouleme. Only 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can both easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. Premium bedding, beautiful shower, Netflix, Amazon Prime, equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, sheets, towels, everything is provided. Just come and put your luggage down. p.s: the 2nd bedroom (gray) is an option.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Hello! Come and discover this large studio close to the train station and the old town: 5-10 minutes' walk to both! On the 2nd floor of a 19th century residential building, VERY QUIET. The bright apartment offers cozy comfort, almost zen I was told, in a spacious volume. Refurbished, you will find real comfort, quiet, facing the gardens, with a view that goes very far! Comic book atmosphere, albums available, it's Angoulême!
