Neighborhood with all amenities including convenience store at the bottom of the building. Free secure underground parking. Ideal business stay or discovery of Angoulême.

T2 on the ground floor with garage in the town center of a city of character, 2 steps from all shops. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd sofa bed. Ideal accommodation for a tourist stay as a couple, with family or on a business trip. It is located 20 minutes from Angoulême, bordering the Dordogne and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux, Royan and Poitiers.
