Dear guests, the apartment has a very comfortable double bed. For the third person, if it would be okay with you, I could provide a futon bed - camping mattress. I cordially invite you to a quiet, very bright and green-comfortable apartment - close to the Elbe and two romantic parks.🌿☀️ Please remember that the toilet room would be partially very narrow - 45 cm and the shower room would be 173 cm high. Sometimes I would live in the third room. 😊 You are welcome to ask about it.

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. We offer an in-law here in our detached single-family house. For your sole use, a bedroom, a shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher and a 33 m², large living/dining room. Since the laundry room is also used by us, we occasionally have to use the stairwell and hallway.

The apartment is located directly on an extensive park with a large playground (Reimelt's meadow) and invites you to extensive walks and jogging. The Volksparkstadion is only 8 minutes away by car.

Cool Tiny House in upgraded retro AirStream

The charming 1977 AirStream oldtimer parks in a corner of our property. It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.
