Located with easy access to I-5, JBLM, American Lake, Lake Steilacoom, Gravelly Lake, the Tacoma Golf and Country Club, Chambers Bay, Lakewold Gardens, and Thornewood Castle...we’re a mile and a half off of I-5 and about a mile to Starbucks, Safeway, Chipotle and Target...

Cottage in the Gardens

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

The Carriage House

The carriage house is such a gorgeous and spacious guest home, nestled in a lovely, secure estate. It boasts high ceilings and an open great room that combines the kitchen and living areas. What makes this home truly special is its architectural significance, as it was designed by one of the top-notch firms in Seattle, known for their timeless elegance. This gated property is all about maximizing the stunning views, while still ensuring complete privacy amidst the enchanting oak trees.

Large windows adorn every room allowing the shimmering lake and natural light into every space. Start your day with a sauna and swim or a hot outdoor shower. Drink a coffee, relax in the Adirondack chairs, and listen to the birds. At night you can grill and cozy-up to the fire pit. For the rainy days, stay warm with the deep couch, wood stove, and extra blankets.

Our Private Suite is situated in Tacoma's Fernhill neighborhood, about 15 min drive to Downtown Tacoma. The suite entrance has a kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker,complimentary coffee. This room acts as a secondary bedroom and has a twin size bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

The a-frame is cabin-vibes in spirit but more lake-cottage in practice, with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere on a paved residential street. Please note: the cabin is not secluded in the woods; there are neighbor homes in view.

Enjoy a Puget Sound getaway while trying out tiny living. This tiny house is set on a one acre waterfront lot in a rural wooded setting. It has the amenities of home, just in smaller size. Access the beach via our private trail, paddle our kayaks, stargaze from the loft skylight, or hike the woodland trails at the state park close by. 15 mins to downtown Olympia, 8 mins to Lacey.
