The apartment is located on the 1st floor, you have the apartment completely at your disposal. The bedroom has a double door that separates it from the living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 people. If you book for only 2 people and do not share the bed in the bedroom, you must report this during your reservation. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities to use during your stay. There is also a small terrace in the apartment, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside! There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet at the entrance of the apartment.

Hello there ! Happy to share with you our little cocoon! :) We used to live there with our baby during 5 years! We had such a pleasure to be 15 min from the City Center of Brussels ! Our cocoon it’s a 100 m2 space with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, toilet and living/dining room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without a lift, located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocers, bakeries, etc.). You will find a tram stop on the corner of the street, and the nearest metro station (Simonis) will take you to the city centre in 10 minutes. You can also park your vehicle for free not far from the studio.
