Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. Utrecht’s forest (Rhijnauwen) is walkable or a 10-15 minute bike ride away. Within 5 minutes you are on the highway. Th station is 8 min by bus. Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.
