From the spacious apartment on the 2nd floor you have a great panoramic view up to the Marburg Lahn mountains. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, bathroom, living room with bed, dining room and a kitchen. We have 250 Mbps fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Don't worry about a cold winter with gas shortages/blackouts, we have wood heating and additional stoves. The front door entrance area is video-monitored.

The Herrenhaus offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds with good mattresses. The building also offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with an open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 hot tub (additional €150 to use).

Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). For maximum flexibility, a car is recommended. A charging station for electric cars (11 kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price is including final cleaning.

There are numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, versatile shopping and much more in the area. The Oberstadt funicular is also nearby. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet at night. The terrace offers a beautiful view over Marburg and is free, without terraces above it.
