The construction car is quietly and idyllically nestled between an apple and a plum tree in the garden of our house. It has been biologically converted and expanded and is a striking mix of old, preserved and modern elements. They have an awesome unobstructed view over meadows and fields, up to Amöneburg, 10 km away. The construction trolley is comfortably furnished for 1-2 people and you can even heat it with a wood stove on cool days. In addition, the construction trolley has a cooking area, a coffee maker and a cooler, so you can take care of yourself. The sanitary facilities are easily accessible at a distance of 20 m. In an attractive washhouse, you can shower, rinse and go to the toilet. Our bicycles are ready for you to explore in the immediate vicinity, for example, the Rauischholzhausen Castle (7 km), the Wittelsberger Warte (3 km) as well as the university town of Marburg an der Lahn (8 km), which is worth mentioning with the Marburg Castle and its extraordinary half-timbered old town. The house is part of the Oberhof in the small country town of Schweinsberg in the district of Marburg. From the spacious apartment on the 2nd floor you have a great panoramic view up to the Marburg Lahn mountains. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, bathroom, living room with bed, dining room and a kitchen. We have 250 Mbps fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Don't worry about a cold winter with gas shortages/blackouts, we have wood heating and additional stoves. The front door entrance area is video-monitored.

The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). For maximum flexibility, a car is recommended. A charging station for electric cars (11 kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price is including final cleaning.
