Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. Cozy apartment located on the Port and at the foot of the ramparts. Unobstructed view of the boats, facing the large harbor esplanade, restaurants, cinema and market. Beautiful start for your walks in the intramural, the Rabine and up to the Conleau peninsula. All at the exit of the building, whose full west exposure ensures sun until the end of the day. A private and secure room allows you to park 2 bikes on the ground floor.
