The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns.
