From October to April, the house is rented out monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km).
