Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the reed beds, you can catch perch, roach, rudd and northern pike. You can go out on Lake Vänern with a plastic sheet, and if you’ve brought a kayak, it’s easy to launch. The plastic canoe is great for paddling, but it also has a motor. You need to bring your own clean petrol. You can swim from the pine-covered cliffs in the bay or out around the skerries and islands. Värmlandsnäs is located right in the middle of Sweden’s largest freshwater lake, Vänern, and is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including birds, deer and wild boar.

A cosy, older house from 1909 with a summer cottage feel in a quiet and leafy location without close neighbours. Here you live peacefully with the feeling of the countryside, while central Åmål is only a 10–15 minute walk away. The entire house is for the private use of the guests. A river flows next to the house, and there is a grocery store just a few minutes away. As the house is close to the centre, there is also a footpath and some traffic nearby. Minor renovation work is carried out periodically. Bed linen and towels are provided as you make your own bed

The shower is in the main house - There's no running water but a "dry" toilet in the cabin. We supply drinking water.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

This is a place to just be, enjoy the silence and the bustling bird life and the fresh air. Here there are great opportunities to see the forest's animals and birds. Primus camping kitchen. Spacious outhouse with washing water drum. Solar lighting, mobile coverage, no wifi. Cleaning is included.

Välkommen till vårat hus! Huset blir 100 år ligger mitt i centrum utav Mellerud. Huset har tillgång till det du behöver och är familjevänligt. Huset ligger längst väg 45an. 2 min gående till alla affärer och torg. 11 min ifrån tågstationen. För att ligga mitt i centrum så är de väldigt lugnt med en stor vacker uteplats.

Enjoy swimming from the rocks, barbecue evenings, walks in the forest, picking blueberries, mushrooms or try your luck fishing in Lake Vänern. The cottage is 15-20 minutes from both Åmål and Säffle city centers.
