Herzlich willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Landhaus-Idylle in Flomborn! Gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Kindern und zwei Kaninchen bewohnen Roman und ich das alte Natursteinhaus mit schönem Garten und vermieten unser daran angeschlossenes Apartment mit Blick ins Grüne. Da wir selbst gerne mit Airbnb reisen - bevorzugt an die Nordsee, wie unser Einrichtungsstil manchmal zeigt - freuen wir uns nun selbst auf Gäste! Wir laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein & sind jederzeit gerne hilfsbereit vor Ort.

Hier kannst du arbeiten, studieren, entspannen, kochen, essen, Netflix schauen, schlafen und träumen – alles, was du auch in einer anderen Wohnung machen könntest. Aber wohl kaum so stilvoll und bequem wie hier! Als Gastgeber ist es mir wichtig, dass es dir an nichts fehlt. Und falls doch, wird es umgehend besorgt.

Fußläufig befinden sich viele Wanderwege, Fahrradwege und Weingüter, sowie eine gut vernetzte Gastronomie. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, die es ermöglicht mit bis zu 4 Personen anzureisen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Forget everyday life and take advantage of the many opportunities that are available here. With a good cup of tea or coffee, which you can prepare in the well-equipped kitchen, watch the many birds and squirrels in the garden in front of your terrace. After a strenuous hike that starts right outside the front door, take advantage of the opportunity for a relaxing bath or warm up in front of the cozy fireplace.

Located in the rural 1-room apartment in Dexheim, the 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location. Several wineries and ostrich farms are within walking distance. 100m away is a bus stop. In ~4 km away are the wine towns of Nierstein & the worth seeing imperial city of Oppenheim, with various shopping opportunities and S-Bahn connections to Mainz. The place is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers and bike hikers (bikes can be set dry).

Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Enjoy wine tastings in the vineyards and explore the surrounding nature. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis.
