Very private property locate the Alum Rock hill side near the Golf country club and surrounding by lots of big trees. Morning you can hear the bird chirping or sometimes you can see deer across the street. This blue guest cottage just remodeled with new kitchen and bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, AC split unit. We also rebuilt the living room ceiling to 9 ft high and bedroom ceiling to 8 ft high. Peaceful backyard you can step out enjoy morning coffee or afternoon snacks.
