This apartment is furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture such as a large sofa and a round teak dining table. From the living room you can access the balcony with a southeast orientation. In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people can be accommodated comfortably. It is about 1000 m to the beach.

Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Family-friendly apartment in a great location

The quiet apartment, located in a village with charm, is close to the outskirts of Warnemünde and invites the whole family to relax. Free parking is not a problem in the courtyard. The use of towels and bed linens is included in the price. We are happy to provide a side bed/highchair/potty upon request. The apartment is not perfect but we are working on it and to make the stay as pleasant as possible, we are always available as a contact person on site.

Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people each. The bright approx. 36 m² apartment on the 2nd floor has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

We are at home here where the sea lives, watching wide beaches and the seagulls as they sail in the wind... just for fun. Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. A fresh fish roll and your feet in the sand and just look across the sea to the horizon...
