A country house to dream with garden, park, plenty of outdoor seating in the field and outdoor pool. In Leipzig's Neuseenland, in the middle of green fields in a secluded location, you can expect 2 levels and 220 square meters with loving and comfortable equipment, partly underfloor heating and oven or fireplace. Baby cot, Kneipp track, garden and summer pool, living indoors and outdoors, fire bowl and hammock, animals, diving into romantic nature or enjoying Leipzig (20 min via A38).

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Das Haus zwischen Dresden und Leipzig ist wie ein Tor in vergangene Zeiten: Steinfußboden im Flur, eine helle, freundliche Küche ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und großem Sofa und im Obergeschoss sichtbares Fachwerk und Schlafkammern. Der Verzicht auf Unterhaltungelektronik bietet wirklich Ruhe und Erholung. Das umgebende Naturschutzgebiet "Döbener Wald" lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und vom Schlosshof aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über das Muldental.

Pali vacation home - idyllic atmosphere

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
