One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. I personally made some details of the furniture such as: chandeliers, table, bench, shelves, door, headboard, sink, to make this apartment unique and welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and the dining room. There is a microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washer/dryer. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, great for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a beautiful breakfast, and the brand new private pine wood sauna.

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
