Suitable for couples, families with and without children, dog owners and groups, as it can be rented as a whole (230 m²) as well as an apartment with 90 m² or an apartment with 140 m².

Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

The cottage was completed at the end of 2019. It is about 100 square meters, with a covered terrace and a large garden. Mönchbusch is a small district of Alt Schwerin. It's really very, very quiet there. If you are lucky, you can watch the deer or wild boar from the garden in the field. Plauer See is only 2 km away. If you love nature and are looking for peace, this is the place to be. There are many possibilities for hiking, biking or water sports.

We fulfilled a dream with this house on the lake. Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace and quiet! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
