The renovated bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg and extends with 95sqm in a representative old building from 1896, in one of the best residential areas of Hamburg. The apartment is very central and quiet and is suitable for up to 4 people. On foot you can reach the Alster in a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. You can also reach the city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday, the famous Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

This newly renovated studio apartment offers everything you need for a great stay in Hamburg. Peaceful yet close to the airport, it’s located in our occupied house. Thanks to its separate entrance, you can enjoy full privacy. A parking space is right in front. The highlight is the pool area, with an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, and ambient lighting. The water is kept at about 28 °C, ideal for relaxation. The terrace is part of the garden, which is used exclusively by me.

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. Simple, unagitated - feel St. Pauli.

The large kitchen is ideal for social evenings with friends. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed and if the weather is not so good, a large TV with Playstation. Overall, the apartment is a true oasis in one of the nicest districts of Hamburg and in the immediate vicinity of the Alster & the center. The Alster as a blue heart of Hamburg is only 200m away with all recreational opportunities. There are also various shopping, shopping & nightlife options within walking distance. Transport connections to the nearby center are around the corner.
