Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Free parking is available in the street. The U1 Trabrennbahn is within walking distance of 500m and takes you to the city of Hamburg in 20 – 30 minutes. Allotment areas and a small lake nearby invite you to walk. At the train station: Edeka, kiosk, cleaning, pharmacy, flower shop and an Asia snack.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing balcony, on which you can especially enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines and metro/S-Bahn stations are located in the immediate vicinity.
