The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

The whole house is furnished in Scandinavian style, with a fireplace since this summer. A large, covered wooden terrace invites you to dine outdoors in any weather.

Pålsjöskogen, a small forest with walking paths leading down to the ocean is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment has a nice livingroom with a big terrace. In the small bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and in the other bedroom there is a loft with two 80 cm beds.
