Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
