Ein Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ist inklusive. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen - nur 10 Minuten mit der Bahn bis in die Innenstadt. Bis bald im schönen Erfurt. 🌸

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Bright, sunny 47m2 apartment in central location – only 10 min walk to the city center. The apartment is on the ground floor and on the street side, but is well soundproofed. Big windows bring a lot of daylight. Ideal for couples or single visitors. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom and modern bathroom. In just 5 minutes you can reach the nearest tram stop. Supermarkets, cafe and other shops are in walking distance.

Cozy accommodation on the 2nd floor, perfect for visits to Erfurt. By tram directly in front of the door you are in 10 minutes at the main station. The car can be parked safely at my place on the property. Numerous shopping opportunities are within walking distance in the area. For check-in, I usually greet everyone in person, but if that doesn't work out, I also have a lockbox for a flexible arrival.
