Historic farm in Alpbach authentically restored. Remote location at 1150 m altitude. Apartment with private access. New kitchen with wood-burning oven and bathroom. Old wooden floorboards and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! In SUMMER: private road to the courtyard! Narrow steep forest road, but easily accessible with some practice. Parking in front of the house. In WINTER: Access by snow on the private road directly to the yard is not possible! Parking (= ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.

Quiet, stylish accommodation in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Sunny apartment (72 square meters) in the center of Alpbach. Private small garden overlooking the Wiedersbergerhorn. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Private children's room with large bunk bed. Bathroom with underfloor heating and bathtub. In the other rooms, there are wooden floors. In the living-dining room there is a cozy Swedish stove. For our skiers we have a ski boot dryer. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Five minutes to the bus stop. Non-smoking accommodation

Our house is located surrounded by meadows, fields and beautiful, old Tyrolean farms, in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location, on the sunny side of Alpbach, within walking distance of the town center and is ideal for hikers, athletes, families, connoisseurs. The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min.

Stylish coziness in Haus Margarete

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
