Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

B&B The Falchi Pellegrini - Via degli Dei

The B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" is located on the Via degli Dei in an independent villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for overnight hikers who travel the historic Bologna-Florence route and those looking for a stop in the green of the Bolognese Apennines. We are 10 min from the motorway toll of Sasso Marconi and 5 min from the station of "Vado-Monzuno". Breakfast is provided. In case of groups of 5 people we host the fifth guest free of charge by providing the sofa bed.

Studio apartment with equipped kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Completely independent, it is located in a renovated 15th-century village, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the locality of Marzabotto-Luminasio. The village is 2 sq km (uphill) from Marzabotto and about 20 sq km from Bologna. Marzabotto can be reached from Bologna by train or bus. But to get to the village you need to have a car because there is no public transport from Marzabotto to Luminasio.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.
