Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna and table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Lake-side apartment on Lake Constance

The town of Allensbach is located in a vacation region with a variety of cultural events and sports opportunities. The apartment is located in a 30 zone with playground and turning circle at the end of the street. It is only a 5-minute walk from Allensbach beach and 10 minutes from the town center and train station. Allensbach has excellent local transport connections via the regional "Seehas" train and the supra-regional Black Forest Railway.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and end the evening on the terrace. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

The apartment is well equipped, cozy, spacious and has access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the fields behind. The small sleeping gallery is very popular with the children. The lake with various opportunities for bathing is in the immediate vicinity. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.

Quiet non-smoking apartment on the first floor with 35 square meters for 2 people. Living room/bedroom with box spring bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, closed kitchen with dishwasher. Seating in front of the apartment and in the garden. Close to the town center, train station and lake.

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
