This cottage has access to Silver lake (approx. 200 yards, house not directly on the lake), a beach a dock, 2 kayaks, paddle board, and a golf cart to get to the lake. Paddle to downtown Saugatuck or down the river to Lake Michigan. If you chose to relax in the cottage you can relax on one of two large decks, play pool, indoor shuffle board table, or sit in the hot tub.

The Swallow cottage is part of historic Bird Center Resort that has been catering to vacationers for 100 years and was fully renovated in 2005.
