At the end of the day, use the gas grill to prepare salmon you picked up fresh at the Pike Place Market and gather around the dining table in the great room to enjoy with a glass of fine wine. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and unwind with a book or your favorite show on the huge smart TV. Great Room Layout: The main living space is light and airy, arranged in an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Leather couches ground the living room and provide a cozy space to curl up and read, work on a laptop, watch satellite TV, or enjoy the gas fireplace. From the living room, sliding doors open unto a large view deck which overlooks Alki Beach and has 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. You'll love using the gas grill to cook the fresh salmon you bring back from the Pike Place Market. Prepare the rest of your dinner in the gorgeous designer kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances-at the heart of the great room, then gather around the long dining table to savor a bottle of wine and great company. Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: The lower level offers a master suite with king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds and share the remaining full bath. Also included on the lower level is a laundry room, which adds convenience for longer stays. Parking: It is easy to park two cars at the unit, one inside the single car attached garage and the other in the driveway. Additional parking is available for free on the street nearby. Privacy: This rental unit is the upper portion of a duplex. The home's modern construction affords complete privacy between this and the lower unit. We are always available by text, phone, or e-mail, but otherwise respect the privacy of our guests. Alki Beach is a great place to be on a sunny day, wth families playing volleyball or exploring the tide pools as the water recedes. Parallel to the beach, there's a flat, well-maintained path, perfect for cyclists, runners, and rollerbladers. Catch a free shuttle on the beach to connect to downtown Seattle via an enjoyable ride on the West Seattle water taxi.

You’ll love my place because it has been fully remodeled in 2016 so everything is new & clean! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Charming Beach House steps away from Alki Beach. Guest will enjoy all the amenities you need while away from home. One King size and two single beds ,Modern bathroom with large walk in shower and fully equipped eat in kitchen with everything you need to make a meal and enjoy the day while sitting out on the front patio. Private laundry included as well, there is also private parking for guest. We do have another unit downstairs that can accommodate 2 more people if you need more space.

Massive deck, huge bathtub, giant walk in shower, office, and stocked with all the amenities you’ll need. Perfect location -- far enough away from the beach that it's not loud but easy to walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, coffee shops OR walk right next door to an old growth forest and hiking trails.
