Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. Barrels Rest is a two bedroom apartment located in the heart of the town, within walking distance of all the local amenities. Exeter Airport is within a ten minute drive, Exeter town is half an hour away, and the coast of Sidmouth is only a 15 minute drive. The apartment is well presented with an open plan kitchen arrangement with the sitting room. There is a smart TV with Netflix in the sitting room and in stairs lead to both bedrooms (both with TV's) and a shower room on the second floor.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
