Pet friendly! Minimal checkout instructions! With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

1920s Flat in the Heart of Old Town

Please read through before you book: This light, airy two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Town has an outdoor patio. The 1920s apartment is a three-story walkup on King Street, within walking distance of the King Street Metro and the riverfront. Cable TV, WiFi, and a full kitchen make it easy to make yourself at home. Both bedrooms feature a King bed frame (two twin mattresses with a King topper. (One bedroom opens into the living room and does not have a proper door.)

Feel free to come and go as you like. You will enjoy complete privacy, safety, and peace. The apt is a bit small but you'll have everything you need. This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, a pull down, queen sized bed, wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. National Airport 6 miles. Bus stop one block away.

3Bdr 2Bath Condo close to DC

Condominium apartment conveniently located close to DC. You’ll have a parking spot and if you don’t want to drive to DC there is a bus stop right outside that will take you to pentagon metro station! The apartment is below ground floor so you will need to take a couple stairs down. Condominium name is Saxony Square, it’s a nice working class community, the area in general is very bussy and diverse but safe. Great and convenient place to recharge on your visits to DC!

Step into a Mid-Century Modern masterpiece. Every corner filled w/ 1950's nostalgia. Queen bed in bedroom and a (twin) daybed in living room. Also equipped w/ large TV and great WiFi Note; access to bathroom is through the bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic needs. Walk directly to shops & restaurants in Old Town. Also above one of Old Towns best restaurants, and garden, Taverna Cretekou. It is mid way between the Metro and the waterfront so perfect location!

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.

Our renovated apartment getaway is located in the center of charming Del Ray in Alexandria, VA. Walk to everything including lots of dining/coffee spots, bus & metro. 5 minutes from the airport, DC with all its sights is right across the river. The basement apartment has a private entrance, lots of natural light, eat-in kitchenette, sauna and rainhead shower, and music/tv (Amazon Firestick for logging into your streaming services) options.
