Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Our holiday apartment is facing North with a great Pacific Ocean views. It is located 10 minutes walk from the fabulous Alex and Mooloolaba beaches, coffee shops and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee provided. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are also provided. The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry. Guests have free access to a secure on site under cover parking and to a salt water swimming pool.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

The unit is attached to the main house with a separate entry.
