Dispone de dos dormitorios dobles diseñados expresamente para la comodidad de sus huéspedes, uno de ellos con cama doble y colchón de altísima calidad y otro con dos camas individuales ideales para niños (camas de 90cm), ambos dormitorios disponen de baños privados en suite con amplias duchas. La cocina de diseño está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones, mesa donde albergar cómodamente a 5 comensales y un amplio salón con confortables sofás en esquina, ideal para el relajarse mirando el mar. Esta estancia nos guía a través de unos ventanales de pared a pared a una amplia terraza amueblada, donde podrá disfrutar de un desayuno o una cena en familia observando la maravillosa playa y escuchando el rubor de las olas. Desde la terraza tiene la posibilidad de acceder a la azotea por una escalera de caracol y admirar la inmensidad. El azul del cielo y del mar se funden en el horizonte… las vistas panorámicas de toda la bahía de Alcudia, Can picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de San Pere hacen que este espacio sea privilegiado y mágico. Todas las estancias disponen de aire acondicionado frío y calor por conducto centralizado. La habitación dispone de sistema alarma y wifi alta velocidad. El apartamento dispone de sistema de alarma. Acceso directo a la playa a través de un camino lateral del jardín. NO está permitido el uso del jardín, piscina y garage, estos servicios sólo son disponibles para los huéspedes del apartamento de la planta baja. Están totalmente prohibido las fiestas o los eventos, la música alta y todo lo que suponga una alteración de la tranquilidad de los vecinos. Fiestas prohibidas Música alta prohibida. Costes adicionales a pagar a la llegada: Ecotasa: 1’10 € por persona y por noche (De Octubre a Abril) temporada baja. 2 ‘20 € por persona y por noche (De Mayo a Septiembre) temporada alta.
