¡ BIENVENIDOS! Ha este fantástico apartamento. Dispone de una terraza de 40 metros cuadrados , el lugar perfecto para tomar el sol, cenar o pasar veladas agradables con su familia y/o amigos. Tiene mesa, 6 sillas, 3 hamacas, sofa y 2 butacas y por supuesto barbacoa con vistas parciales al mar. Our duplex penthouse is perfect for a fantastic vacation. It is a spacious place as it has two floors, in one you will find two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a large shower and an open space with a fully furnished kitchen, a large dining room and a large living room. There is also a balcony on this floor. The upper part is very exclusive and private and features a large bedroom with a full bathroom, another living room, a gym, and an exit to the large terrace.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
