One pool and 2 jacuzzi’s are heated throughout the whole year. Complete and luxurious finishing and parking space (Number 6B). You can avoid the stairs to the beach by using an elevator to street level.

Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground. Well comunicated with Alicante center or places like Benidorm on bus (stop bus at 100 meters) or tram (just 5 minutes). Near to a supermarket, farmacy and some services.
