A small jewel just 100 meters from Postiguet beach, overlooking the sea, new apartment with extraordinary decoration. This apartment offers an excellent location to explore the attractions of Alicante, just minutes from the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante, the Cathedral of San Nicolas, and the Museum of Fine Arts Gravina. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, grouse, partridges and wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation.
