Vivi il più dolce dei risvegli in un appartamento curato ed elegante, con una splendida vista sul lago da ogni stanza. Deliziati con le nostre prelibatezze e rilassati in un comfort che unisce antico e moderno in uno stile sorridente. Struttura registrata 013030-CNI-00006 Casa formata da ampio salone impreziosito da un grande affresco rappresentante uno scorcio del lago ed arredato con elegante mobilio, soppalco dotato di divano e poltrona eventualmente utilizzabili come letti a pavimento per ragazzi alla ricerca di un' esperienza alternativa. Cucina completamente arredata dotata di lavapiatti, forno tradizionale/microonde, frigo, tostapane, bollitore, macchina per caffè e fornita di prelibatezze e beni di prima necessità. Camera da letto con due letti singoli anch'essa arricchita di affresco a parete per un sonno ristoratore. Grande ed elegante camera da letto matrimoniale con splendida vista in più direzioni del lago. Due bagni pittoreschi completi di doccia e comprensivi di prodotti per la cura e l'igiene del corpo. L'accesso alla casa è indipendente, gli ospiti avranno accesso ad ogni area del piano dell'appartamento ed al relativo giardino. Siamo sempre disponibili dal momento dell'arrivo sino alla partenza, anche per consigliarvi i tour più esclusivi e le attività del lago Brienno è un antico e incontaminato borgo celtico. Vieni a vivere i suoi portali, i porticati e i selciati in pietra abbracciati dal lago e dai verdi monti. Il silenzio qui sa essere surreale, e ti accompagnerà in un viaggio a ritroso nel tempo. Autolinee C10/20 che ad ogni ora circa partono sia verso l'alto lago che verso Como. Gita in battello la Domenica mattina con ritorno alla sera dopo aver navigato su tutto il lago. Dal paese è possibile salire ai monti di Brienno con le caratteristiche cascine (anche visitabili su richiesta) oppure per i buoni escursionisti ci si può spingere oltre per raggiungere l'Alpe Comana e Schignano passando anche per la "Scala Santa" su una mulattiera molto ripida. E' possibile ogni mattina davanti alla Chiesa ( dalle 7:30 alle 9:00 dal Lunedì al Giovedì) acquistare beni alimentari di prima necessità da Davide, un mercante che con il suo negozio mobile offre prodotti tipici del lago di como e della cultura lombarda quali ad esempio salumi,pane e formaggi. E' inoltre possibile acquistare frutta e verdura il Lunedì dalle 11:00 alle 13:00 e Venerdì dalle 17:00 alle 18:00. A soli 10min di macchina si può trovare Supermercati molto forniti. A 2km di distanza verso Argegno è possibile mangiare in un rinomato ristorante del lago di Como chiamato "Il crotto dei Platani" con veranda e giardino sul lago. Dal mese di Agosto aprirà anche il Bar/Ristorante/Pizzeria proprio nel centro di Brienno comodamente raggiungibile a piedi dall'appartamento.

Neue Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Bodensee

Entspanne dich mit deiner Familie in den Bergen in diesem ruhig gelegenen und komplett neu sanierten Appartement. Es ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Handtuchservice. Obwohl es sich auf 950m befindet, braucht man nur 7 Autominuten ins Stadtzentrum Hohenems. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt bei der Jausenstation Kreiers Alp, von der aus man viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen kann, ohne ins Auto steigen zu müssen. Bei der Feuerstelle kann man mit Blick auf Wald, Berge und Bodensee entspannen.

Unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Appartement Haus Belmont überzeugt auf 80m2 mit genialem Schnitt und Ausstattung. Die tolle Küche mit Ihrem angegliederten Wohn- und Essbereich bildet das zentrale Element der Wohnung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett und ein Daybed.
