Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the carport and easy access to the village below. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Die 80m2 grosse Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder und eine Küche mit offenem Wohnraum. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkte Sicht auf den See. (Es kommen pro Aufenthalt am Ende 200.- für die Reinigung dazu.)

The kitchen is fully furnished and bedlinen and towels are all in luxurious Egyptian cotton. The flat shares amenities with the rest of the house : Sauna, Ski Room, Parking and a Breakfast lounge. Breakfast can be booked separately.
