Ski locker, free covered parking. Billiards, foosball, and semi-covered heated pool on the ground floor of the building, accessible from the Christmas holidays until the resort closes and then in July/August. Paid washing machine in the residence. Close to center and shops.

Large apartment of more than 100 m2 on the 1st level of a detached house, separate entrance, large bright living room with open kitchen, large terrace and balcony , 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, large entrance. Location of the house close to the train station and shops, starting from the large passes, close to ski resorts, very quiet street, possibility to park on the street without problems.

Very nice furnished apartment in Modane.

I offer you a very nice renovated apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation to reach the various ski resorts close to the latter. The apartment sits in downtown Modane in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. In the vicinity you have a pharmacy, a tobacco, a supermarket but also 10-15 minutes walk, the train station.

Valloire is also a cinema, swimming pool, spa, ice rink, via ferrata, golf... The studio is composed of a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) for up to 4 people.
