Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Vacation home in Lippstadt-City

Very central city centre location but in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is really only a 2-4 minute walk to the city or the green corner. The apartment is very bright and spacious with balcony and parking space as well as bedroom with TV. Furthermore, about 350 m to the company. Hella and about 500 m to the train station. There is a Tassimo coffee machine with capsules. A separate cot is not provided. But a high chair is there. Booking for 2 nights or more is possible. Smoking allowed only on balcony.

 Basement is available with washing machine. When occupied by up to six people, only three bedrooms and only one of the two bathrooms + guest toilet are available. For seven or more people, we offer four bedrooms plus two bathrooms + guest toilet.

The apartment is 60 square meters and is located on the second floor with a lockable floor door. A quiet location and the view of the countryside complete the stay. The apartment is fully equipped and offers sleeping space for 4 people. A queen size double bed 140 x 200 and a sofa bed 140 x 195. A travel crib for toddlers is also provided.

With its own outdoor sauna: The Mökki by Lake Möhne

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

The apartment is equipped with all electrical appliances, such as a flat-screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator and all important kitchen utensils. In addition, we provide you with towels and bedlinnen free of charge.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
