We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.

The cottage is located within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. 15 minute walk to North Berkeley BART. The main house is also rented via Airbnb- Quintessential Berkeley Home. Backyard is a shared space.
