A very calm and cosy apartment in an old 17th century mill built on a marvellous 2 acre piece of nature with direct access to the river, swimming pool, bar, outside kitchen with pizza oven - big green egg and jeu de boule. The mill is located close to all touristic areas that make ardeche so special with a 10 minutes ride to the ardeche river valley and canoeing spots, the Chauvet cave, vals les bains and its thermal baths. numerous cycling paths and walks depart directly from the mill.

Quiet cottage in nature

Venez vous détendre dans ce chalet tout confort. Il vous offrira un rapprochement avec la nature: le chant des oiseaux, le hululement des chouettes, les sauts d arbre en arbre des écureuils roux, le chant des cigales en été. Nous avons aussi sur la propriété quelques poules, oies, cochon, chèvres et notre gentil cheval. Niché dans un petit hameau, vous pourrez faire de belles balades ou randonnées.
