There are 3 rooms and 1 living room with a large garden. New and furnished with very stylish items. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. It offers the opportunity to cook all the dishes you make in your home with fully equipped kitchen utensils. 1min by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs 5 minutes to the center of Çeşme. It is 10 minutes from the center of Alaçatı. We have tourism rental certificate to rent my house.

There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

It’s an ideal location for guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere; however, it may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.
