Hi! We rent the cellar in our mediterranean villa, This villa is all you have been looking for. It’s the ideal place for families, specially for your kids! They will enjoy in the pool and the play room. If you are looking to enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere, this is your place to stay in! A few minutes away from the beach and city centre by highway and 2mins by bus. We rent the cellar which is independent and has its own entrance. We are a family with kids and we have a friendly german shepherd.

The estate was a cozy house to save the children in the war . The decoration is of a cottage, original furniture of the house but very comfortable, it is 9 kilometers from Alicante city ,wing of the green bike path 3 kilometers from the university and San Vicente near the mountain and beaches with public transport to San Vicente del raspeig and Alicante has a pharmacy pharmacy shop restaurants and equestrian. Parking in the countryside for a rocket and outside the estate

Peaceful location close to town centre&countryside

Newly constructed guest house at the rear of the property. Two friendly dogs and one cat in the main house area. The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. There is also a local bus and taxi service. Locally there are Lots of restaurants and amenities. It is a very peaceful location. We have WIFI

Now with air conditionned!Situated in a quiet area.40 m2 apartment,4 KM from Benidorm.The areas to share are the swimming pool,garden and barbecue.Not far away from restaurants ,the beach is 1,5 KM away. In July and August,there is no discount and the arrivals and departures are only sSaturdays. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.
