The house is located in the most scenic old street in the center of Alicante, the best place to go, under the castle of Santa Barbara, facing the sea and blooming in the spring.The house has two rooms, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with shower.The house is a detached home on the ground floor, nearly a hundred years old and has been remodeled.We guarantee that every time it will be carefully cleaned and washed bed linen changed.There is an induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen items in the kitchen.Two large towels and two small towels are provided in the bathroom.The house is on the hillside below the castle, because in the city center, there is no free parking nearby, but there is underground toll parking within four minutes walk from the house.The house is on a hillside with a very beautiful view, but it may not be suitable for elderly and physically weak guests and guests with babies, as there are more than a dozen steps.From the stairs of the street, you can reach the highest part of the majestic Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the whole city, ten minutes down is the charming beach, the cathedral, the city hall........Taxis can get to the entrance of the street.The check-in time we set is 3pm and we will try to let you in before two.

Longing for a Spanish holiday in great surroundings? Casa Amena is the place! Here you can enjoy round Gaudi-shapes, a private swimming pool and a fantastic panorama view of the Mediterranean. Costa Blanca has a nice temperature all the year! It is easy to use the local Tram and go to El Campello, Alicante and all the cities up the cost to Denia. The tram stops nearby our house. Casa Amena is a lovely, quiet place to have wonderful days in the sun!

Welcome 4-storey house with upper terrace, in which we can accommodate up to 8 people. 2 rooms on the first floor and 2 in the basement. Enjoy a communal pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to the beach. A 5 minute walk to restaurants, supermarket and bazaar. Easy parking in the area. Nice bungalow near the beach ideal for families. It has a terrace with chill-out area with television, a large living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two 90 beds) and a bathroom with a shower. It is also fully equipped with appliances of all kinds. Parking is very easy to access as it is possible to park at the same gate. Airport just 10 minutes away and Alicante about 15. Very well located.
